Mr. Ramesh Nana Mhatre, the founder of Sachins Impex, is a technocrat and an innovator at heart. From a humble beginning as a supplier of precision parts to large multinationals in India, in the year 1992, he ventured into the HVAC business.
Having a very keen eye for Quality, the poor aesthetics and the inadequate design of Diffusers struck an alarm bell in his mind and the One Piece Diffuser was born. For decades, since the invention of Air Conditioning, diffusers were being manufactured with joints and welds. The One Piece Diffuser, the brainchild of Mr. Mhatre is manufactured from sheet by the process of Stamping. As the name suggests, the Diffuser is without any joints or welds. The almost impossible task of a single piece design as against the previously prevalent multi piece jointed construction was achieved by Mr. Mhatre through his sheer ingenuity and innovative strength. With the unique design and construction of press-tools, the One-Piece Diffuser is put to production. The One Piece Diffuser has since revolutionized the Diffuser Business Globally.
Accolades poured in as new benchmarks kept getting created year after year. There were awards galore in the ensuing years. The "National Award for Entrepreneurship "and "Niryat Shree Certificate of Excellence" were conferred on Ramesh Nana Mhatre by His Excellency the Vice President of India in 2000-2001. In 2003 – 2004, Mr. Mhatre won the “Niryat Shree-Silver Trophy” for outstanding Export Performance achieved in that year. This was conferred by FIEO and presented by the then Union Minister of commerce & Industry Government of India. Again in the year 2005-2006, Mr. Mhatre won the “STAR PERFORMER” award conferred by EEPC and presented by the then Minister of Industry & Mines Government of Maharashtra.
The accolades continued, the latest award being Star Performer conferred in 2017.

The company is well established in the industrial belt of New Mumbai (Bombay) with three different manufacturing units and is conveniently located within a range of 25km from the airport and seaport. The R&D department is fully equipped with the state-of-the-art CNC machines for innovation and research. In fact, it is this R&D department that is driving the company’s growth beyond boundaries. A highly skilled work force, able engineers and technically sound Directors ensure rapid production, accuracy and cost effective solutions.

A Full-fledged Quality Assurance Department guarantees High Quality Standards in all products. Quality Management Systems and Internationally accepted procedures in line with ISO-9001 are followed very strictly. Quality is the key word in the company. The company has achieved consistently high levels of Sigma Level Quality. Even while packaging the materials the company follows latest packaging procedures approved by an authority like SGS. Multinationals viz. Siemens Ltd., Larsen & Toubro Ltd. and many others have recognised " Mhatre Group " as their most reliable vendors for their units and evaluated the Quality and Services with VQR (Vendor Quality rating) above 98%. It's again the Quality that Speaks volumes for the company.
